Specific examples of his work include:
- Capitation rate setting, negotiation support, and other analysis for a large state Medicaid program
- Development, maintenance, and client training of the Milliman CORAL product
- Pricing for several individual, small group, large group, self-funded, and level-funded insurance plans on behalf of commercial insurers, including filing preparation
- Reserving and long-term cash flow projections for several private long-term care insurance issuers
- Feasibility studies and actuarial analysis for several proposed and existing public long-term care insurance programs (including WA Cares Fund, the first-of-its-kind state-run long-term care social insurance program)
